You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by LongShot Coffee within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please contact us at email@example.com to initiate the return process.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Longshot Coffee will refund any purchases where the product is not to the customers satisfaction or is not what the customer ordered at the time of transaction.
We’ll issue a refund after we receive and process your return. If you are due a refund for non-returnable items, such as groceries, we’ll issue a refund when you contact us.
For items directed to our Returns Center, expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you’ll receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes:
- 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
- The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)

Longshot Coffee will exchange any product where the product received is not the same as the product that was ordered at the time of the transaction.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, or would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a replacement.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
If you are unable to make an appointment you must give 24 hours notice. If notice is not given you will be billed/charged the amount of the services scheduled. Notice can be by email containing your name, appointment time and a contact phone number or you may wish to call/leave a message at 1 323 495 3015. It is best to talk with someone to see if other arrangements can be made.
To cancel your order you must send an email to email@example.com within 24 hours of when you first placed your order or call 1 323 495 3015. If your order has been already processed we are not responsible for the shipping costs incurred. Placed orders are processed and shipped at the end of the following business day.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
